Acceptable Use Policy
CODREN is operated by SPICEY SOCIAL AI LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we", "us").
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the CODREN Terms of Service. It applies to everything you do with the Service, including the code, apps and content you create and the actions you ask CODREN's agents to take. We may update it from time to time.
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so, or create, store or share illegal content.
- Use the Service or its output to develop, train or improve AI models that compete with CODREN or its AI service providers, or attempt to extract, reverse engineer or reproduce the underlying models, prompts or safety systems.
- Bypass, disable or trick our safety filters, rate limits or approval prompts, or ask the Agent or browser agent to perform actions that are prohibited by this policy, by law, or by the terms of the website or app it is using.
- Present AI-generated output as human-made where that would mislead people, or use the Service for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (such as credit, employment, housing, insurance or legal status) without human review.
- Share or expose API keys, access tokens or credentials of CODREN or of any AI service provider.
- Create, store, share or seek child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
- Create, distribute or operate malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, phishing kits, exploits used without authorization, or other harmful code.
- Gain or attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, network, device or data, or bypass authentication, security or usage limits (including ours).
- Attack, probe, scan, overload or disrupt others' systems (for example denial-of-service, credential stuffing, or vulnerability scanning without written permission).
- Scrape, crawl or harvest data from websites or services in violation of their terms, technical restrictions or law, or collect personal information without a lawful basis.
- Commit fraud, impersonate any person or organization, deceive people, or engage in scams, fake reviews, fake stores, or financial or identity fraud, including through apps or websites you build or publish.
- Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, defame or promote violence or hatred against any person or group.
- Create or share non-consensual intimate imagery, or clone, imitate or dub any person's voice or likeness without their clear consent, or create deepfakes or other synthetic media intended to deceive.
- Create content that facilitates weapons capable of mass harm, terrorism, human trafficking, or the sexual exploitation of anyone.
- Infringe or misappropriate copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity or other rights, or remove license or copyright notices.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or create accounts, content or engagement in bulk by automated means.
- Use the Service to make high-impact decisions about people (such as credit, employment, housing or insurance) without required human review and legal compliance, or to provide regulated professional advice without proper oversight.
- Resell, sublicense or share accounts, or use the Service to build a competing product, except as we allow in writing.
- Interfere with the Service, other customers, or our providers, or try to extract our models, prompts or source code.
