CODREN is operated by SPICEY SOCIAL AI LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we", "us").
CODREN uses artificial intelligence to write code, build apps, generate text, images, voice and dubbing, and carry out tasks for you. AI can make mistakes. This Disclaimer is part of our Terms of Service; if they conflict, the Terms of Service control.
AI Output Disclaimer
- AI-generated output, including code, apps, websites, backends, text, images, voice, speech, translations and dubbing, may be wrong, incomplete, outdated or insecure, even when it sounds confident.
- Output may contain errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, exposed secrets or data-loss risks, and may resemble or infringe third-party rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights) or carry open-source or other license obligations.
- Automated checks, previews and tests run by CODREN reduce some risks but cannot find every problem.
- CODREN's output is not legal, medical, financial, security or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional.
Your responsibility
- Review, test and secure everything before you use, publish or deploy it, and keep your own backups (Restore and version history are a convenience, not a guarantee).
- You are solely responsible for your content, the apps you publish or deploy, your end users, any data you process, and compliance with laws (including privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA, consumer-protection and intellectual-property laws) and with the licenses of dependencies and assets you use.
- You must have the rights to anything you upload or import.
- PC and Mac agent actions run with your permission. You are responsible for reviewing and approving them. CODREN asks before sensitive actions; read what you approve.
- For AI voice and dubbing, you must have the consent of every person whose voice or likeness you use, and the rights to all media you provide.
No warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, UPTIME OR PRESERVATION OF DATA. KEEP YOUR OWN BACKUPS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPICEY SOCIAL AI LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $100, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 15 OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless SPICEY SOCIAL AI LLC from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, the apps and media you build, publish or deploy, actions you approve, your end users and their data, and your violation of the Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, any law or any third-party right (Section 16 of the Terms of Service).
Acceptable use
You may not use CODREN for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing or abusive, including malware, fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, or non-consensual voice or likeness cloning. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy at codren.ai/acceptable-use.
Third-party AI providers
CODREN uses third-party AI service providers (available on request) and other third-party services. Their terms and usage policies also apply to your use of their models and output, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Credits
Credits and usage allowances have no cash value and are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law (Section 10 of the Terms of Service).
Governing law and disputes
The Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration, with a class action waiver; either party may use small claims court instead, and you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting the Terms by emailing valondervishi13@gmail.com (subject "Arbitration Opt-Out"). See Sections 18 and 19 of the Terms of Service.
Changes and contact
We may update this Disclaimer and the Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, and we will ask you to accept material changes.
